Is JTMS really free?
Yes. JTMS is 100% Forever Free for up to 4 employees and 1 project, with no subscription fee and no credit card required. It is not a trial.
Can payroll use attendance from JTMS Timesheet or biometric machines?
Yes. Payable days can come from the Leave module, from approved hours in JTMS Timesheet, or from your biometric machine data.
Does JTMS handle PF, ESIC and Professional Tax?
Yes. PF, ESIC and PT are calculated on every payroll run alongside TDS.
Can I file TDS returns from JTMS?
Yes. JTMS prepares the TDS TXT file, you validate it with the NSDL utility, and file the return from data already in the system. Form 16 and the computation statement are then available in Employee Self Service.
Is it available on cloud and on our own server?
Both. JTMS runs as cloud software, and can also be installed on your own server for organisations with at least 200 employees.
